Coach Rob brings a strong mix of formal study and practical coaching to the floor, with a Bachelor of Sport & Recreation and his CrossFit Level 1 (CF-OL1) qualification. He’s the kind of coach who can zoom out to the bigger picture—helping you train consistently, move well, and build real fitness—while still caring about the small details that keep you progressing safely. Rob also holds Olympic Lifting Technique Level 1, so if you’re working on cleans, snatches, or just want your barbell work to feel more confident and controlled, you’re in very good hands. Expect clear cues, smart progressions, and a coaching style that helps you get results without the overwhelm.

Coach Mark comes from a background in endurance sports (triathlon, running, road cycling) as well as obstacle racing (Spartan Race and Tough Mudder). He has represented Australia at World Championships in both Ironman Triathlon in Hawaii and Spartan Race in Vermont USA. He found CrossFit in 2011 and has lived and breathed it every since. His favourite day of the week is comp day. He loves competing as it asks more of you than any other training day. He loves that training CrossFit provides as much a physical benefit for the body as it is a mental benefit for the mind.
